Eight of these are located at ground level and 3 on the first floor.
The village is gated and well presented with 2 bedroom units complete with lock up garage, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining.
While Assisi does not have a Community Centre, it is located just one block from the Lady of Lourdes Parish and the residents take delight in their regular participation in the Parishes’ social activities.
Southern Cross Care is a not-for-profit Incorporated Association which takes the view that the residents in their Estates come first.
