For those who require a higher level of nursing care, this 21 bed aged care facility provides care according to individual needs.
Most residents have his/her own room, special dietary needs are catered for and all staff are focused on meeting individual care needs (providing care with dignity).
The Homestead Hostel (low care)
The Homestead is a 28 bed aged care facility plus an additional room dedicated for respite.
The Homestead is based around the ‘own home’ concept with residents enjoying the freedom to come and go as they please but with the added benefit of a laundry service, shared dining and companionship.
Personal Carers are available to help with dressing, showering and other personal needs as required.
To keep residents engaged and active a Diversional Therapist is on staff an organises an array of activities and outings each day.
The Homestead provides limited Ageing in Place.
