• Internet connection charges and 3 months of fees, paid by you and reimbursed by Southern Cross Care up to the value of $500
• 2 hours call out from an external service provider for technical set up assistance, valued at $249

Southern Cross Care Qld will work with you through the move in process to arrange the package inclusions. Internet connection and internet fees are to be organised and paid by you with a provider of your choice and Southern Cross Care Qld will reimburse you up to the value of $500 upon the presentation of valid receipts.

If any products are unavailable at the time, a similar product of equal or lesser value may be substituted in its place and we will discuss this with you before proceeding. Additional Google accounts or subscriptions may be required to be compatible with all features of the Smart TV and the Google Nest Hub Max, and these are not included in this package.
